Carlton Greetings Homegrown initiative is a full-service solution that delivers the ultimate retail experience for garden centre greeting card shoppers.

Carlton Greetings latest installation of Homegrown can be found at Johnstown Garden Centre in Naas – the largest garden centre in Ireland. 

Since its installation, the standout harmonisation of distinct home branded product and beautiful fixtures has proven to be a success as Johnstown have not only seen a significant boost in sales but received an influx of positive feedback from customers.

While navigating the transitional period between signing the contract and Homegrown being installed, Carlton recognised that action needed to be taken to protect category sales. 

Prompting them to work collaboratively alongside Johnstown to stock the existing displays with Carltons own product, while product provided by the previous partner sold through. 

This level of attention to detail comes as standard with Homegrown as Carlton Greetings recognise the importance of providing a personalised approach to every installation. 

Furthermore, when considering Johnstown’s unique customer profile, Carlton understood the need to incorporate Irish Gallic cards in the product offering and therefore, the arrangement of ‘Hedgerow’ fixtures used were tailored to allow space for existing Irish Publishers to be retained alongside Carltons own brands.
